He was honest with what needed to be done and I didn't feel like he was trying to take advantage of me, being a female, or try to pressure me into anything. (I had this happen with my last garage repair with a different company.) He quickly got my door up and running and was able to provide a quote for a replacement door which will be needed in the near future. His quote was a solid $400 under the competitors from the different company I referred to above. I feel like they are a trustworthy company and will use them when I'm ready to replace.
